Reminder: Slow Stitching Group This Thursday!

First Thursday Slow Stitching group will meet this coming Thursday, from 10am until 12ish.  We'll be on the mezzanine (Market of Choice, 29th and Willamette) with our coffees/teas and projects. All are welcome to join in the conversation.

Our Upcoming Sew Day

We are happy to announce our first Sew Day Date:

When: Saturday, February 17th 10am-4pm
Where: Eugene Garden Club (Where our meetings are held)
Cost: $10 fee + any size donation for our local Alzheimer's Organization
What to bring: machine, machine cords, projects, rulers, rotary cutters, extension cord/serge protector.
What is provided: tables, chairs, cutting mats, irons and ironing boards

January 2018 Meeting

Our Next Meeting is Wednesday, January 10th at the Eugene Garden Club, 1645 High Street.  Social starts at 6:30 and the meeting at 7:00pm.  See you all there!


What to bring:
1. Your Traveling Quilt Bee Medallion, questionnaire, quilt label and journal in a giant ziploc bag. The quilt label is for your finished quilt. Design it however you want, just remember to leave space for people to sign it, write on it when they add to your quilt.

2. 2018 Membership form and
$35 (cash or check made out to Eugene MQG), if you haven't already signed up. Forms will be available at the meeting.

3. Show and Tell. We would love to see what you have completed!

1st Thursday Slow Stitchers Meet Up

First Thursday Slow Stitchers will be meeting this Thursday, Jan. 4th, from 10 am to noon(-ish) on the mezzanine at Market of Choice, 29th and Willamette. Bring some handwork (or not), grab a beverage from the cafe and join us for conversation and quilt (WIP?) plotting for 2018.
